There’s a lot happening in August, starting with the SANDON PLANT FAIR this Sunday AUGUST 1st from Flower Power Fairs –
I know some of you enjoyed the Flower Power Plant Fair at Sandon Hall earlier in the year. Next Sunday, 1st August, there is another fair at Sandon this time from 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Entrance is £4 (cards is possible please) which includes entrance to the gardens, grounds and plant fair. This time the fair will be held on the lawns adjacent to the conservatory. Restoration of the gardens at Sandon is an ongoing project but you can certainly enjoy a pleasant stroll in the gardens which are not normally open to the public. Top plant nurseries will be in attendance together with stalls selling garden accessories and food will be available all day.
We also have more Zoom-based talks via the Tender Shoots Garden Club Network which anyone can join in with – details on their Facebook page – via Zoom or You Tube.
